Shot blasting
We can clean any problematic
metalwork by shot blasting. Our specially designed, filtered shot
blasting facility can blast clean paint or seriously corroded steel
prior to galvanizing.

So you want your smaller items
galvanized? Normally Hot Dip galvanizing wouldn't be able to do this
due to the small size of the items and the difficulty of suspending
them in the zinc. We have a centrifugal galvanizing system which allows
us to galvanize anything small (e.g. nuts and bolts etc). In fact this
process is ideal for threaded and other high detail pieces as the
centrifugal action stops all the smaller crevices and crenellations
filling up and therefore spoiling the detail.

Need your job done in a hurry? If
you do why not request that we use our Xpress service. It costs a
little more than our normal service but for the extra money we
guarantee that your steelwork will be finished within 24 hours of it
being delivered to us! (If we don't meet this deadline we won't charge
you - your guarantee of our performance).
